Working Together and in Partnership with the Veterinary Team

The following short video provides an introduction to how I work

In line with APBC and TCBTS Codes of Practice, a client's registered Veterinary Surgeon is always consulted before I work with them on a behavioural issue.  This also applies to clients who contact me directly.

I believe it is important for behaviourists and vets to work in partnership, in the best interests of the client and their dog.

I understand that it can be hard to choose a behaviourist, but as a ABTC registered Clinical Animal Behaviourist, you can be sure I have been assessed to the highest standard.

Standardisation of the industry began with the formation of the Animal Behaviour and Training Council (ABTC) in 2010 and continues to this day.

However, it is currently still not illegal for non-accredited, unqualified people to offer behaviour services or call themselves a 'behaviourist'. Sadly, advice from an unqualified person can do more harm than good.

I work remotley across the UK and further afield and in-person across Buckinghamshire and surrounding counties; Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire.
